Your tasks:

• As a team leader in customer service, you will lead a team of 7 employees
• You take over the telephone and written support of your own customer segment
• You are a competent contact person for all technical questions
• Order processing
• Clarification and processing of supplier declarations
• Order acceptance, order confirmation and quotation preparation
• You are responsible for the further development of your team members
• The integration of new team members rounds off your area of responsibility

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in managing employees
• Very good knowledge of German in oral and written form
• Other languages of advantage: Polish, English, French
• proficient with MS Office applications
• You have a high degree of organisational and assertiveness skills.
